no update on the specifics of the hold cause.  No decision on recycle ability

They're probably working these in parallel -- get everything recycled to be ready to pick up the terminal sequence (latest to pick up would be right around the bottom of the hour) and work through the issue to any actions necessary and a decision on whether to proceed.
