It is not liftoff time but "go inertial" time as stated in that message.

The diagram implies that Plaftorm A should be separated and in a similar orbit to the GDS (gas dynamic shield nose fairing).
At the moment it is not tracked - we have 5 payloads, the third stage and one fairing object.
