Whatever the 14Ф152 is, it is planned to go up on an Angara-A5 with a DM type upper stage.

14F152 is an ISS Reshetnyov satellite and in some sources is mentioned alongside 14F151.

Presumably, 14F151 is Sfera-V (to be placed into highly elliptical orbits) and 14F152 is Sfera-S (to be placed into geostationary orbit).

To be correct it would be Angara A5M (with 10% more trust on first 2 stages)

ZENKI.  "Uralkriomash" started delivery of equipment for the Angara-A5 LV to the Vostochny launch site

 9/4/2018 15:46

https://www.roscosmos.ru/25473/

JSC "Uralkriomash" (as part of the UVZ group) sent the customer the first tanks for naphthyl refueling of the heavy-duty carriers Angara-A5.  Reservoirs for storing fuel with a volume of 180 m3 will be used at the Vostochny cosmodrome.

The work of the Nizhny Tagil developers was accepted by Vasily Vysokikh, Director of Production Coordination of FSUE TsENKI, who visited Uralkriomash for a working visit and got acquainted with the production.

"The technological chain is prepared fairly competently.  The enterprise is ready to produce serial products, is ready to meet halfway through the deadlines, it is very encouraging, it is always possible to find a compromise, a project approach, "Vasily Vysokikh noted.

Storage tanks for naphtha are only part of the large state order of Uralkriomash.  This autumn the enterprise plans to ship a complex of systems for the heavy "Angara".

"Our company prepares refueling systems with naphthyl, oxygen and water supply for the launch pad of the Angara space rocket complex," said Dmitry Skoropupov, General Director of JSC "Uralkriomash".  "The first shipment of equipment has already gone to the East.  Work is gradual, planned.  Development of design documentation and production go smoothly, in normal mode.  We guarantee that the entire complex of equipment will be manufactured and sent to the launch site before the end of 2019.  Our specialists are ready to travel to the East to participate in autonomous and complex tests. Bing gives a pretty good translation.

"The first batch of titanium Sharoballonov for hangar LV was sent from Voronezh Mechanical plant

The first product batch of titanium Sharoballonov (TST) for launch vehicles "Angara" was sent from Voronezh Mechanical Plant (TVM) in the "Flight"-branch of the Khrunichev Center in Omsk. This is the first set of TST domestic production: Earlier they were supplied by Ukrainian "Yuzhmash". "
