Yeah, who would have thought that not competing for billions of dollars in launch contracts would result in less hostility?  ::)

Why did he stoped recording :(
A little bit better optics and he could record sep.

Probably the limit of the camera's recording period.

The advice I received is to watch the launch live. just point the camera.. i.e. watch the LV with your own eyes and not via the lenses of the camera.. I was happy I took that advice..

So what was the deal with that weird clock graphic that kept coming up in the SpaceX webcast?
The Space Age is just starting to get interesting.

No big problem -- just a minor clock-up ... ;)

Look at the minute hand. Then look at the second hand. Then look at the mission elapsed time.

Kind of like the stopwatch on 60 Minutes.  ;)

Yes!  A belated congratulations to SpaceX and the pad crew from me. I'm celebrating with a California-influenced Margarita right now.  ;)

Great pics of the erector post-launch. Looks like it held up well, aside from the upper umbilicals. The black netting is completely gone.

Such good sentiment between SpaceX and Orbital there!  Class acts!

Blue origin is a bit left out though. #unicorns

They would be 'in' if BO would actually start launching stuff into orbit on their own.
