No problem they have on the pad could possibly require Elon to be there, or even to be talking often to anyone there. In fact, the best thing he can do at this point is show he trusts his team and not micromanage them while they fix this.

lets be realistic, elon could probably care less about that moron. how old are elon's kids? I would tend to think it has more to do with them than anything else.
