This is consistent with the 2010 launch and suggests a 4-burn, not 5-burn, profile is being used:
- burn 1 to 170 x 170 km
- burn 2 to 270 x 5000 km
- burn 3 to 400 x 35600 km, followed by DTB (APT) separation
- burn 4 to GEO
When 5 burns are used, DTB is usually in a lower apogee orbit.
However, the transfer inclination is 48.6 deg instead of 46.5 deg used in 2010.
The 2007 launch used a 5 burn profile (with DTB in 17660 km apogee orbit) and a 49 deg transfer orbit.
So, each of the Raduga-1M/Briz launches to date has used a different profile!

Perigee of the DTB/APT transfer orbit was at 0325 UTC, which is right on the expected timeline by comparison with the 2010 launch. Apogee is at 0840 UTC, 7 min before spacecraft separation, a good time for the final burn.
