Tamiya 1/100th Atlantis

I am new here and would like to share my models!
I just finished my Tamiya 1/100th scale Atlantis model. I added medical tape in tiny squares and strips and scribed tiles on the bottom to represent the TPS on Atlantis. This is a new kit that has an OBSS and MPLM to represent STS-135. I did not try to duplicate tile for tile, but just give a good impression of what the orbiter looks like.

And why I am at it, here is my Airfix 1/144th Space Shuttle I did last year. Also Atlantis from STS-135. For this model, I also used tape for the AFRSI and used window screen for a stencil for the HRSI. I made a tiny crew of for scale. I used 1/32 inch graphic tape to detail the model on the ET and SRBs.

Thanks for showing off the shuttles! Good work on them. After I'm done with the Saturn I'm going on a shuttle kick as I have those 2 kits plus the Hase 1/200 shuttle w/Hubble telescope.

I'll even excitedly look forward to "flags and footprints" and suborbital missions. Just fly...somewhere.

I guess I went the other way...finished 8 different Saturns before building these two shuttle. With a big USS Enterprise thrown in between.
