МКК «Космотрас» начинает подготовку к проведению пусковой кампании КА «КомпСат-5».
Космическая головная часть (КГЧ) доставлена на базу подготовки космических аппаратов «Ясный». Доставка ракеты и ее подготовка к запуску запланирована на середину июня. Доставка КА и НВО намечена на 8-11 июля. Планируемая дата пуска - 22 августа 2013г. МКК «Космотрас» будет в дальнейшем информировать о ходе работ по подготовке к запуску.

ISC Kosmotras is commencing preparations for KompSat-5 launch campaign. The Space Head Module (SHM) is already delivered to Yasny launch base. The launch vehicle is expected to be shipped and processed for launch in mid-June. The satellite and its ground support equipment are planned to be shipped during 8-11 July. The target launch date is August 22, 2013. ISC Kosmotras will be posting updates on the progress of the launch preparation activities.

11 июля 2013г. космический аппарат «КомпСат-5» и его наземное вспомогательное оборудование были доставлены на базу подготовки космических аппаратов «Ясный». Воздушная перевозка выполнялась авиакомпанией «Полет» по договору с МКК «Космотрас» воздушным судном АН-124-100 «Руслан» по маршруту из аэропорта Incheon (Южная Корея) на аэродром г. Орск. Из аэропорта г. Орск на базу подготовки космических аппаратов «Ясный» КА и НВО были доставлены автомобильным транспортом. Специалисты КАРИ и их подрядчики приступили к подготовке КА в соответствии с планом подготовки космического аппарата. Параллельно с работами по подготовке космического аппарата ведется подготовка РН к запуску. В настоящее время ракета установлена в шахту и успешно прошла входной контроль. КГЧ находится в чистой зоне МИКа и также успешно прошла электрические проверки.

On July 11, 2013 KompSat-5 satellite and its GSE arrived at Yasny launch base. SC/GSE delivery was performed by Antonov-124-100 Ruslan aircraft under ISC Kosmotras contract with Polet air shipping company. The plane airlifted the cargo from Incheon airport, Republic of Korea to Orsk, Russia. From Orsk airport the SC and GSE were transported by road to Assembly Integration and Test Building (AITB) of Yasny launch base. KARI team with their associates have begun SC processing as per their SC Operations Schedule. In parallel with the SC/GSE operations, the rocket is being prepared for launch. To date, the LV has been installed in the launch silo and successfully passed post-shipment inspection and electrical checkout. The SHM is in the AITB cleanroom and has successfully passed electrical tests as well.

На Базе подготовки космических аппаратов «Ясный» продолжаются работы по подготовке КА «КомпСат-5» к запуску. На сегодняшний день космический аппарат успешно прошел автономные проверки и в настоящее время проводится его подготовка к заправке топливом, которая запланирована на следующую неделю. Ракета-носитель также прошла весь необходимый объем электрических проверок и испытаний и находится в готовности к заправке. Ниже приведены фотографии работ с КА и КГЧ в чистовой зоне МИКа.

KompSat-5 launch preparation activities are in progress at Yasny launch base. To date, the satellite has successfully passed standalone checkout and testing and is currently being readied for propellant loading scheduled for the next week. The launch vehicle has also passed all necessary scope of electrical checkout and testing and is now ready for fueling. Below are the photographs of operations with SC and SHM in AITB clean rooms.

KOMPSAT-5/Dnepr Space Head Module integration was completed in the Yasny Launch Base AITB on August 13, 2013. On August 16, 2013, the SHM with KOMPSAT-5 satellite was transported to the launch pad and mated with the launch vehicle. The final checkout and tests of the launch vehicle with KOMPSAT-5 satellite are presently in progress. The launch is scheduled for August 22, 2013 at 18:39 Moscow time (14:39 UTC)

A source from the rocket and space industry told Interfax-Ukraine that a meeting of a bilateral interagency commission, which will focus on the resumption of commercial launches of small satellites with the help of the Dnepr rocket, is scheduled for August 20-24 in Russia.

According to the NK forum, launch is scheduled for 20:30 local (14:30 UTC). Not sure if that's a change in launch time, or whether the report that was being quoted on the forum had approximated the time.

Well I found
a report from Yonhap that gives 14:39 UTC....
It also gives the following timeline:
T-0: "missile mortar" fired
T+9.2 s: 1st stage ignition
T+112 s: 1st stage separation
T+279.3 s: fairing separation
T+284 s: 2nd stage separation
T+289.8 s: 3rd stage ignition
T+914.2 s: spacecraft separation

It is 39, I've got the wrong launch time written down, and the NK report is probably rounded. For some reason I had it down as going at 14:16...not sure
where I got that from...
