"Zero Hour" loss of Columbia TV program

Aired last night on the US Military Channel. Overall a horrible effort with glaring technical errors (33,500 degree re-entry temps, mission control being in Florida). Only the personal recollections of Leroy Cain, head of the CAIB, and several others were noteworthy.
The depiction of Linda Hamm also raised a few questions. She was shown conducting teleconferences (MMTs?) from an empty office with only a few (two) other participants. Video and photos of MMTs show large rooms with many attendees and presumably others participating via conference call. Is that a more accurate depiction of the meetings that discussed the foam impact damage discussions?

Best quote heard during an inspection, "I was unaware that I was the only one who was aware."
