What affect will this have on the HTV-6 launch date?

Perhaps, none?--if HTV-6 launches in December.

If HTV-6 launches as currently scheduled in December, and berths at Harmony nadir, then I think its mission (cargo unloaded, external payload removed and secured, and trash loaded) could be completed before the next Dragon launch NET January 2017.  (Dragon SpX-10 is also scheduled to berth at Harmony nadir.)

(The next 2 "Cygni" are scheduled for berthing at Unity nadir.)

If my educated deductions are wrong, please correct me.

The advantage of the current ISS USOS config is that HTV can still be moved to N2Z to clear N2N as PMA-3 relocate hasn't yet occurred. As a result HTV can be sealed up and moved up to N2Z for the rest of its stay. HTV AFAIK would still have to be released from SSRMS on the Nadir side of ISS.

The Soyuz MS-03 launch has been delayed to November 18, 20:20 UTC--docking is scheduled for about 6 hours later.

Will the Cygnus unberthing and release be changed from November 18--would both tasks remain set for the same date?

Or, would a Cygnus release during the first hours of Nov. 18 UTC allow sufficient time to reconfigure ISS for Soyuz docking on Nov. 19, approx. 02:00 UTC?  (Approx. 24 hours)

Edit/Addition for clarity.

2nd edit: Soyuz MS are currently using 2 days/34 orbits to approach and dock to ISS.  No operational conflict for ISS here (if all goes as planned).

Maybe Cygnus's unberthing could be delayed by one or two days since Soyuz MS-03 is docking 6 hours after launch.

I noted that Salo's latest update has two space tourists slotted to fly in the 3rd Soyuz seat:
up on Soyuz MS-06, returning on Soyuz MS-04,
up on Soyuz MS-08, returning on Soyuz MS-06.

Wow!  That's an interesting development to insert again into ISS operations!  Any news/commentary yet about this?

Also, an earlier development: the deletion of the specific crew members for the 1st crewed Dragon v2 and Boeing Starliner flights?  What happened?

Edited 2nd question
