Unless I'm misinterpreting, the current wind would push the vehicle somewhat toward (a bit quartering) the erector. Is that correct?

Technically he can't be harassed until 1630, but they talk to the local fishermen and the port captain to let them know what's going on ... the patrol boat will be there to make sure it will be off the area by 16:30

I'm seeing some slight movement at the very top of the TEL. Not much but noticeable.
Also noticeable wind change via the waves.

@OrbitalSciences: #Antares T-60 min: Core chill down with LOX is underway. Flowing approx 70 GPM to the vehicle. Now at high flow chill down at 140 GPM.
