• Helo has seen a fishing boat in the foul area "near the hook" - patrol boat on its way to escort it out - checking its ETA now.

  Looking at the notice to mariners at http://www.nasa.gov/centers/wallops/pdf/740352main_PAO%20NOTMAR%20ANTARES.PDF it looks like marine closure doesn't start until 4:30 pm. Is that right?

• Technically he can't be harassed until 1630, but they talk to the local fishermen and the port captain to let them know what's going on ... the patrol boat will be there to make sure it will be off the area by 16:30

• I'm seeing some slight movement at the very top of the TEL.  Not much but noticeable.
