Beginning: ~14:06 UTC
Duration: ~6 hours
Participants: Pavel Vinogradov and Roman Romanenko
Spacesuits: Orlan-MK

Tasks:
http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/station/expeditions/expedition35/vinogradov_interview.html
"Of course, we are going to have a spacewalk with Roman Romanenko and it’s going to be for the installation of special sensors and antennaes that show the state of the electromagnetic field around the station, not only around the RSOS [Russian segment]. Another task is going to be the installation of equipment necessary to dock, and targeting to dock, ATV [Automated Transfer Vehicle] 4, because with ATV 2 and ATV 3 we had a few negative moments and a few problems because of the measuring channels and the targets, so now we’ll try to resolve it. And we will also expose a number of new materials to the space environment because not all of the materials pass the test of this space environment: they’re fine on the ground but not there, and they’re going to install special trays with this, with these new materials. Also we’re going to study biomaterials. They have been in space for almost a year, maybe even longer, so the IBMP, institute of medical and biological problems, has been conducting this study for almost a year, and they discovered that despite the radiation and vacuum some organism are capable of staying alive in space, and our scientists revealed that some bacteria are capable of surviving in such harsh environments. We are going to remove one of such trays"

Russian spacewalk 32 by Vinogradov and Romanenko - will focus on setting up and connecting the Obstanovka plasma wave experiment, a Russian investigation into space weather in Earth’s upper atmosphere. This task includes the planned jettison of two probe containers and a cable reel.
They will then remove a container from the Russian experiment Biorisk, which looks at the effects of microbial bacteria and fungus on structural materials used in spacecraft construction. If time permits, they also will remove the first sample panel from the Russian Vynoslivost experiment, an ongoing research study into identifying the effects of space environment factors on strain, strength and fatigue characteristics on various materials.

NASA TV PROVIDES COVERAGE OF SPACE STATION SPACEWALK

WASHINGTON -- Two members of the Expedition 35 crew will venture
outside the International Space Station April 19 for a six-hour
spacewalk to deploy and retrieve several science experiments and
install a new navigational aid.

NASA Television will broadcast the spacewalk live beginning at 9:30
a.m. EDT. Russian flight engineers Pavel Vinogradov and Roman
Romanenko will open the hatch to the Pirs airlock and docking
compartment to start the spacewalk at 10:06 a.m.

The spacewalkers' first task will be to install the Obstanovka
experiment on the station's Zvezda service module. Obstanovka will
study plasma waves and the effect of space weather on Earth's
ionosphere.

They will retrieve the Biorisk experiment, which studied the effect of
microbes on spacecraft structures. If time permits, they also will
retrieve one section of the Vinoslivost experiment, which exposed
materials samples to space.

While at the far end of Zvezda, Vinogradov and Romanenko will replace
a faulty retro-reflector device, one of a suite of navigational aids
that will provide assistance to the European Space Agency's Albert
Einstein Automated Transfer Vehicle 4 cargo ship during its final
approach for an automated docking to the space station in June.

This spacewalk will be the 167th in support of space station assembly
and maintenance, the seventh for Vinogradov and the first for
Romanenko. Both spacewalkers will wear spacesuits marked by blue
stripes. Romanenko's suit will be equipped with a helmet camera to
provide close up views of the spacewalk activity as it progresses.

This is the first of as many as six Russian spacewalks planned for
this year. Two U.S. spacewalks are scheduled in July.

Strange!

As per http://www.nasa.gov/pdf/740713main_041113_tl.pdf, on April 11th Vinogradov checked suit #6 and Romanenko checked suit #4.

As per http://www.nasa.gov/pdf/741667main_041513_tl.pdf, on April 15th the camera was installed by Romanenko on suit #6 and checked by Vinogradov.

So I think that there is mistake in NASA press-release. Vinogradov's suit #6 will have U.S. camera and Romanenko's suit #4 - will not have.

It will be eighth EVA for suit #4 and seventh EVA for suit #6.
