Well, more precisly, the weather was obviously too bad for rescue forces to fly so they delayed the landing.

Expedition 18 suffered a one-day delay to their landing due to bad weather at the landing zone.

PAO gives deorbit burn plan  as 2113:04 CDT = 0213:04 UTC for 4min 44 s and a delta-V of 128 m/s  (which is more than the usual 115.2m/s)
