Online Galactic Penguin SST

Found this vendor selling custom design Lego model kits of various US spacecrafts - mostly US military satellites like AEHF/SBIRS/WGS/DMSP/Milstar/DSP/GPS (IIF)/TDRS etc. Jim would probably like to pick up a few.  ;)

Neat, I missed this because I haven't been watching Google markets for this sort of thing. Wonder whether he sells on BrickLink.com too

5 bucks for a "satellite technician" seems a bit steep to me though, those are show prices

A fun fact: The ISS model (supplied by LEGO themselves, not this modeler) that flew to ISS can't be built on earth as it can't support itself.

Edit: I bet the modeler is not too plugged into the online LEGO community as his terminoloogy is non standard (We say plates and tiles and studs not panels and flat panels and knobs.. taken from https://docs.google.com/file/d/0BwNWsgof3eR2MTJjNmM2OGUtYTdjOS00OTU5LWIxZGYtYmVmMDhiMjFjNWZi/edit?hl=en_US  ... )

And here's another image. If LEGO actually gets around to producing a Hubble set, this would be a good way to present it, although it would be nice to have a CanadaArm to hold one of the astronauts.
