Time for my virtual breakdance!

Great job SpaceX and NASA!
I'll even excitedly look forward to "flags and footprints" and suborbital missions. Just fly...somewhere.

Except for the initial Dragon RCS hiccup, this mission is routine dull. A very good thing.  8)

Oh man! I slept just a little too long! If it weren't for NSF, I'd have no coverage at all. So thanks to all that were here and capturing the live and 1 hour early event!!

Way to go SpaceX!  That's three Dragons to the ISS in a little more than 9 months.  :D

I *just* made it up in time, subconscious warning as my alarm didn't go off until just after capture!

Chris, can we have an app that lets NSF call our cellphones with an alarm jingle for things we're not allowed to miss?  (only semi-:-) )

I overslept my alarm clock too.  Congratulations SpaceX!

I don't pay much attention to the regular media any more.  I wonder if there are people who are unaware that there was any problem in the first place?
The Space Age is just starting to get interesting.

I have friends who were freshman aerospace engineers (last year) and they had never heard of SpaceX. Most decently educated people I know still haven't heard of SpaceX.
LEO is the ocean, not an island (let alone a continent). We create cruise liners to ride the oceans, not artificial islands in the middle of them. We need a physical place, which has physical resources, to make our future out there.

A fantastic achievement; to launch first time, on time and overcome the RCS issue to a successful capture is tremendous. Congratulations SpaceX, NASA and Air Force!

Also, thanks to all you industry experts who give your time to this forum and let us interested folk gain insight into what you do.

Apologies to Chris B, I was one of those F5 pressers on his list. My conscience slightly mitigated by the fact that I am a L2 member and recommend this amazing resource to all!

Thanks again

Peter

Edit: Capture from docking and yes it is berthing not docking...I am proving to be "Amateur"!

I overslept and missed the capture too since it was early! Got to remember in the future that these dragons like to get there early and set the alarm with more margin.

Congrats on another nice capture by the crew and SpaceX, they are making this stuff look easy.

On to berthing!

Air Force has nothing to do with this

Yesterday Musk thanked them for giving them access to their communication systems:

Quote
Would also like to thank @USAirForce for allowing us to use their long range comm system for Dragon in free drift.

What is that TV Antenna looking mast structure next to Dragon?  Don't remember seeing that before.

It's being covered on the NASA Media Channel.
