Well, they can prepare for rendez-vous now while they try to bring a third thruster pod up. And if they can't get a third pod working, they can at at least bring her back for inspection with two pods.
Pro-tip: you don't have to be a jerk if someone doesn't agree with your theories

Kinda bummed that I didn't get the chance to watch it live (although I did try to convince my algebra teacher... didn't go over too swell, as you might imagine :P).

At least I get a Dragon for my birthday (even if it's tomorrow).

I opened the door from my lab to my office and let interested students watch it via my desktop... :)

Ha! I teach math and actually considered watching it with my students until I realized that I'd calculated the time wrong and it was actually in the lunch break. I totally would have let you see it.

If they work this out then.. no harm, no foul as far as I'm concerned.

It's a good problem solving exercise.  SpX missions always have something going on.

As one of my old lecturer's would say it's all a good learning experience.

I think it's fast becoming pub o'clock after the last 10 hours sat on one's backside hoping Elon would tweet something :D

NASA coverage from T-30 sec through end of broadcast, with replays:

Watching this live, the video and audio dropping out immediately after liftoff got me for a moment. Then I chuckled when whoever was mixing video feeds cut away from the closeup feed seen at 1:14 immediately after seeing some vapor sliding down one of the fairings. ;D

On a side note, I'm disappointed with the rocketcams they flew the last two missions. They said they changed something, but it didn't improve quality and in fact it seems to have dropped the frame rate from the full 30 fps.

Interesting item, when I explained to my students who Elon Musk and SpaceX were, they seemed more interested in the fact that he created and sold PayPal for billions.

Before launch, some posters asked: why are SpaceX launches any more exiting than others?

That puckering sensation felt earlier is your answer.

I'm going to be really excited when SpaceX starts to bore me.
