Sorry, it is the usual way of rolling out Proton from MIK-92A-50.
Quote from: Nicolas PILLET on 06/10/2013 09:35 amSorry, it is the usual way of rolling out Proton from MIK-92A-50.The door to Hall 111 at 92A-50 is on the east side of the building, but the Breeze M fueling facility ("car wash") is on the west side. So Proton comes out fairing first, goes east past the railroad switch, then reverses to the west and goes engines first to the car wash. From there it goes fairing first back to the switch, reverses, and then takes a different track that crosses in front of 92A-50 and continues east to the pads, engines first. The railroad crossing in front of 92A-50 is a good photo opportunity when Proton is crossing in front of the building. Edited because I misremembered a detail the first time.
