By now the crew is inside the Soyuz TMA-10M and preparing themselves for the last minutes of the countdown.

is this the pad that was refurbished? I remember some work had to be done and another pad was used for some time. We back to the first pad again?

Is there video of the astronauts actually entering the Soyuz from the access tower? I have never seen video of that.

That was for routine maintenance and on 31/6 for completion of recertification process to conduct manned launches from 31/6 while 1/5 is down for all/most of 2014 into early 2015. According the latest info I have is 1/5 will go down at the end of 2013 for the planned heavy modernization programme to allow Soyuz 2 series launchers and launchers with Fregat, Volga and wider fairings to also launch from 1/5. AFAIK all manned launches 2014 are still planned from 31/6 to allow for this work.

Josh calling it Soyuz TMA "1" "0" M. I always thought it was Soyuz TMA "Ten" M. Might be an interesting learning curve if I'm wrong.
Not that it matters much
