Only Russians know answer to this good question, Jim!
After all we will know the backstage of November events...
It seems that backup torch was sent to the ISS onboard the Progress TM-20M in the end of July, a prime will be taken onboard the Soyuz TMA-11M by EVA CDR Kotov?

Terrific response!!! I tracked it back to
http://forum.nasaspaceflight.com/index.php?topic=31613.165where the RSC Energiya statement is explicit. From this statement, which seemed puzzling in July when we were still fixated on believing there was only ONE torch flying, now clearly indicates the replica ['stunt double'] for the spacewalk has already been delivered on the Progress.
Thank you VERY much!

At this time the crew should have already reported to the delegations present at Baikonur.
The next major event occurs at T-3h with the completion of the oxidizer loading on the launch vehicle.

T-3h
Everything looks fine for the launch of Soyuz TMA-10M from the Baikonur Cosmodrome.
At this time the oxidizer loading on the launch vehicle should be completed.
Next major event should be the arrival of the crew to the launch pad in 20 minutes or so...

With the oxidizer loading process now completed, the wagon train is no longer necessary so it is moved away from the vicinity of the launch platform.
