Congrats all, job well done. All clear for Cygnus, then there will be a total of 5 vehicles berthed at ISS.
And now into leak checks.
Great work by all involved. Anyone staying up, please keep coverage going as best as possible. Thanks!
Is this the fastest docking yet?
Josh just said hatch opening in ~ 60 min!
That makes it what... 9 hours from hatch closure to hatch opening?!
my last image of the night
Go to open hatch on station side I think.
Yup.. inner hatch on ISS opened.
I heard a chuckle from the crew after the cover was opened, seemed like they were thinking "oh wow, there's actually a spaceship here!"
Also, that was a nice little flip he did while popping the cover off.
Waiting for Soyuz inner hatch to be opened up.
(Maybe waiting for vestibule pressurisation?)
ISS passing over Guatemala, coming up on KSC in a few minutes.
Back after some LOS.
Stable pressure in Soyuz (761)
Now directly passing over Cocoa Beach.
Hatches open! 23:34 Central time (00:34 Eastern Time)
Garrulous laughter

, and a hearty "WELCOME"
Moved away to Zvezda for the Family and freinds conference (with those in Baikonur) immediately, but by the time they set up they go into a short comm gap.
Noticed that
only the ingressing crew members were wearing the surgical masks. Odd.
Orbit 3-4 handover going on during comm gap at JSC.
Houston just patching comms through to Baikonur.
Here again - the guys who just came in are wearing those masks but the others aren't.
Mrs. Kotov: "It's a pity we're not able to see your smiles behind the masks".
...so naturally, masks come off - and it's a huge smile.
Jr. Kotov: "Glad to see you back in your space home"
"Understood, thanks"
Sergey's family now, wishing him health.
"Did you get to see the launch?"
"I'm unable to describe my feelings, I'm speechless. Just the usual words: 'wow'"
"Thanks"
PS: Chris, I I know you said you'd rather the family moments be private, but they seem like they're having some fun
LOL. Mike now, and his son's pulling his leg.
"Hello..."
"Hey, that's got to be my 15 year old.. love you buddy"
"I can't hear you."
And Oleg's dad, while wishing them luck: "Don't worry about the Earth, it'll be fine".
