According the latest info I have is 1/5 will go down at the end of 2013 for the planned heavy modernization programme to allow Soyuz 2 series launchers
Modernization of 1/5 for Soyuz-2 rockets has been canceled.
Because the Soyuz spacecraft will not be launched by Soyuz 2, or because 1/5 is going to be shut down when Soyuz FG is out of production, or ......................... ?
