Not sure yet, as cannot find any indication from the Chinese sources.

Any indications about the possible launch preparations for this mission?

I have yet to see any indications of an imminent launch anywhere in China since late July.  :-\

A guy implicitly mentioned the next launch will be this one from Jiuquan, but no hint for the launch time.

Is there any indication that this will take place in October?

Rumors are appearing that this may be launched rather soon (definitely within November; maybe even in a few days).

There are no indications of other payloads launching with it right now.

Apparently the satellite arrived at the launch site in late October and was transferred for propellant loading 2 weeks later (should be within the last week or so). Launch time would therefore be sometime in late November.

There's a rumor of the launch delayed by one day, but I can't determine its accuracy. However the original NOTAMs has not been cancelled yet so there's  equal chances of not delaying.  :-\

Still no changes in air space closures as of right now, in fact the inclusion of a few air route closures a few hours ago implies that the launch is still going on:
