The satellite is described as an improved version of ChinaSat 10 (launched June 2011) with a half year increase in life expectancy and new moveable spot beam coverage, and upgrades to the communication cables, signal converters, thrusters etc.
Also this rocket has debuted some new changes too - laser inertial guidance is used as the prime control system for the first time in China, new larger composite helium tanks used for the first time (used to be smaller titanium tanks), and rocketcam being used again on the CZ-3 series.

Some months ago, it was reported that part of ZX-11 capacity was leased to SupremeSat and was to be operated as "SupremeSat II".
As i have heard nothing more about this deal, i guess ZX-11 has now no more connections to SupremeSat.
This is correct. ChinaSat-11 is not related to Sri Lanka or SupremeSat.

Any chance to know why? Or it was never related to ZX-11?

Well according to what appeared on Supremesat web site in 2012 (it was later modified) the early plan was:
Supremesat-I = C band portion of Chinasat-10
Supremesat-II = C/Ku portion of Chinasat-11
Supremesat-III = own satellite at 50°E to launch in 2015
The present plan according to
current Supremesat website is as follows:
Supremesat-I = C/Ku portion of Chinasat-12 (service was to start in June at 87.5°E)
Supremesat-II = Portion of the payload of an undisclosed satellite to be launched in 2013
Supremesat-III = own satellite at 50°E to launch in 2015
Edit: Additional information from Jan 2013:
TRC Approves License For SupremeSATNew edit on May 30: SupremeSat-II lease project has apparently been cancelled and SupremeSat-III has become
SupremeSat-2 contracted to CGWIC on May 28 for a launch in mid-2016 (orbital position to be confirmed)
