  I'm very surprised that these pictures has been released by a customers of chinasat... Their facebook page contains some other pic...

  November 22, 2012 -- Sri Lanka’s maiden satellite launch has been delayed by five days due to technical difficulties and weather conditions, Space Systems Engineer Rohitha Rajapaksa stated.
  
  The Supremesat’s engineers are working with the Chinese engineering team to fix these issues at the moment while he stated that a new launch time will be announced by tomorrow (November 23).
  
  Sri Lanka’s maiden satellite was scheduled to be launched today (November 22).

  Not sure what happened, but AFAIK the weather is fine at the launch site, so if something happened it must be technical related. But yeah other sources also pointed to a delay to November 27.

  And I want to clarify one thing. The main name of the satellite is CHINASAT-12. SupremSat is just renting a part of the payload, try to not make mistake about that
