First, I'm making one huge assumption right off the bat: propellant is the sole first order driver of endurance for present and near term space architectures.  Please knock this down if need be.

So...question.  Does increased satellite endurance depress demand for satellite launch?

All other things being equal, yes, obviously, increasing how long things last depresses the demand for new ones. I'm not sure I understand your question.
