I am not sure what to make of this agreement. I guess that it is good news. The MOU doesn't seem to say that much.

Yeah i feel kinda the same.

It could be good news if it is just FAA and NASA making sure that they dont have conflicting requirements.

But in the other hand it i would consider it bad news, if it means that FAA is adopting a tougher NASA type requirements.

But i think and hope it is the first one.
