The up and down cargo mass is 905 kg/1995 lbs for CRS-1. Must be a lot of packaging for the up cargo of 400 kg/882 lbs.Do we count the cargo packaging mass as part of the program's 20 tonnes total?
So why such a light load on this flight. Isn't the Dragon supposed to be able to loft over 7,000 lbs?
From Nanoracks:NanoRacks payloads for SpaceX launch successfully transferred to NASA Cold Storage Team at KSC. Loading is L-48 hours. All good for now.
Was on L2 earlier, but SpaceX have released it:"Update from SpaceX:At today's official Launch Readiness Review meeting, launch managers gave a "go”"to proceed towards launch on Sunday, 10/7 at approximately 8:35PM."L2 also noted there's an ISS TCA under consideration, and worth watching in case there's a related impact to the schedule.
