FWIW, the external cameras are still SD and more importantly 4:3.

Nice, finally a Dragon that doesn't look squashed. I like it when attention is given to getting the aspect ratio right.

Philip didn't say, but a link you can use with VLC is:

Heh! I just asked and yes that works nicely in VLC. Note to change to 4:3 as above.

LOS at the moment.

Yeah, not sure about whether the UStream can be overridden, but both are being fed 16:9.  Whether the view needs to be corrected depends on what is being downlinked; some/most/all (?) of the inside camcorders are HD & 16:9, but the outside USOS cameras are still 4:3.

I thought the SSRMS was moving, but it'll be the array rotating.

Yes, their motion is quite noticeable - about 4 degrees rotation per minute.

No movement for a while. Everyone keep an eye on it, but at least we got to see the view.

nothing new - although it looks like it moved a bit off-center - or that might just be me switching to the correct aspect ratio.

back after LOS
looks to be a 90 degree turn from the other position - and per the L2 document for this part  ;)

Thanks Robert!

And yeah, looks to have moved a bit.

Would someone please describe this point of view? Is the camera on the platform outside Kibo?

It looks to be out by the truss. The platform outside Kibo (JEF) is on the far right of the screen (visible)

Guys, thanks a lot for the coverage.  I wanted really badly to see this, and it finally happened just after I stepped away.  NSF to the rescue, as usual!
