Capture at 9:40am, 1 hour, 34 minutes from now.

How much fuel does Dragon need to hover at the 30m point for an hour and a half? I assume it's not much.

Virtually no fuel used to 'park', but more to hover and maintain R-Bar alignment.

That's the reason it might be a while -- more than half way through this day pass and may not be enough time to close to 10 meters and do the capture before either the lighting gets bad or goes away at night.
