On the ISS feed, you can see the Dragon holding at 350m.

That was a really great interview with Cady.  Josh is the best, IMO.  If you missed it, try to catch it later on one of the recorded sources.  Interview started at 4:52am ET and lasted about 20 minutes.

It's Josh Byerly.  He reports that Dragon has departed the 350m point, headed up to 250m.

Ground just called that up to the Station crew.

Is the fixed light above the strobe a lens effect or is it part of the Dragon's navigation light system?
