maybe some one from MCC could explain this:UHF SPace to Space Station Radio 1 Power OFF Radio 2 Power OffUHF Sync Lock : frame Synch unlockedIAC1 Power ActiveIAC2 Power Backup
It has been a long while since I've worked with these, but here is my interpretation. The Space-to-Space Station Radio (SSSR) is the ISS end of the UHF radio link to the Space-to-Space Orbiter Radio (SSOR) and is also used by the EMU.The SpaceX CUCU, used to communicate with Dragon, shares the same UHF antennas on ISS. After CUCU was installed, we found that it interfered with the SSOR-SSSR link.So I'm guessing they need to turn off the SSSR to prevent interference with CUCU during Dragon ops.
About 110 miles away and the spacecraft is now in direct communication with the Space Station
