  RD110МД, RD162 (Volga), RD0146М. Methane programs. Advanced reusable LVs
  
  To be used for oxygen works concerning the research of a new propellant combination – oxygen and liquefied natural gas (LNG) for LREs of advanced reusable launch vehicles. The demonstrational LRE RD0110МД using methane as fuel, was developed and tested, which was manufactured on the basis of RD0110 serial engine.
  Firing tests of RD0146M engine with the use of oxygen-methane propellants were successfully conducted.
  
  The obtained experimental data and acquired experience of works with LNG are used during the development of the engines of advanced reusable launch vehicles.
  
  The following developments are being conducted: LRE using propellants: liquid oxygen and LNG; since 2002 – engine with thrust level 200 tf under “Volga” project for advanced west-European reusable TKS and since 2006 - engine with thrust level 250 tf to be used in first stages of Russian MTKS.

• Would someone who reads Russian or who can tell "what is what" in the engine diagram please describe the power cycle of this engine (or these engines)? In the diagram it looks like only a small-diameter duct takes some of the methane to the nozzle. Is this for cooling only, or is it an expander cycle? It just doesn't look like there's enough plumbing! Is the little gold-colored component the combustion chamber for a gas generator? Where are the turbopumps?

• There are two turbines and hybrid cycle: expander for methane and oxidiser rich staged combustion for oxygen. There is a common shaft for both turbines.
