Good spot with the OTV cams! Looks like her final roll was right on schedule. At the MDD at 7am.

Article from Philip Sloss today. And then our last ever article for Discovery from Chris Gebhardt on Monday.

They have lowered the sling.  Looks like they should be attaching it to her shortly.

Yeah, they were doing the pre-test briefing when I left Larry at the MDD (obviously that's complete).  We will be rotating back and forth, probably...it's windy; not sure how that might affect the schedule.

Good article. When they say they want vent doors reconfigured, will that require opening Discovery's hatch again?

I'm away from my computer, but hearing that the wind may prevent the lift.  Discovery is still wheels down and on the ground at the MDD.

Status: The forward attach points of the sling were mated first and the nose was raised off the ground to about level.  Then platforms were lowered and the aft attach points were mated.  The platforms have been raised again and it looks like they are getting ready to lift the orbiter off her wheels and get into retracting the gear.

Haven't heard any hold up for the wind yet.  (Maybe there's something on the radio net.)  The wind had moderated by mid-morning from sunrise and the sun is breaking through the clouds.
