So far no sign of a 2nd object 13 hours after lift-off.
Maybe the 2nd stage was deorbited early as was the case for Tianhui-1B launch on May 6 according to jcm:
The CZ-2D second stage was not cataloged and probably was deorbited on the first Earth revolution.

According to
Prensa Latina, an agreement was to be signed between China and Venezuela to use pictures taken over their respective countries by VRSS-1 and 2 Chinese remote sensing satellites (Tianhui 1A & 1B?)

Doubt that, because of the two satellites are apparently controlled by the PLA (and the two fills the cartography role, and so are not very well-suited in this role). I would guess the two satellites mentioned may well be the two civillian satellites in current service, ZY-1-02C and ZY-3.

First images from Miranda were finally shown on October 17.
9 images are available on the MCTI ministry website:
http://www.mcti.gob.ve/Satelites/Miranda/
Here is one of Caracas airport "Maiquetia"
Also available in hi-res (119 MB!)
BTW, the well aligned buildings in the red square of Maiquetia image did not exist in February 2010 according to Google Earth!
