Joe Allen this time had mounted the Manipulator Foot Restraint located on the end of the RMS in order to gain a more stable postion handling the satellite. The A-frame option wasn't even tried this time. By 7:00 am CST Allen got hold of Westar and didn't let go until it was securely bolted down in Discovery's cargo bay - about one hour and a half later.
