Let's have a look into the first quarter of 2012 and what we can expect from the CCDEV2 companies. Below we have all milestones from the CCDEV2 contracts, including the unfunded ones.
Sierra Nevada Corp. (SNC)
- Engineering Test Article (ETA) Structure Delivery
- Captive Carry Interface & ETA Landing Gear Drop Tests
- Separation System Test
- ETA Captive Carry Flight Test Readiness Review
Boeing
- Launch Vehicle Emergency Detection System/Avionics System Integration Facility Interface Simulation Test Phase 2
- Launch Abort Engine (LAE) Fabrication and Hot Fire Test Demo
Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX)
- Crew Accommodation Concept Prototype and In-Situ Trial 1
- Crew Accommodation Concept Delta-Prototype and In-Situ Trial 2
Blue Origin
- Pusher Escape Ground Firing
- Pusher Escape Test Vehicle #1 Shipment
United Launch Alliance (ULA)
- No milestone in Q1
Alliant Techsystems Inc. (ATK)
- Launch System Initial System Design (ISD)
- Technical Interchange Meeting 2
- Program Status Review (PSR)
Excalibur Almaz Incorporated (EAI)
- System Requirements Review
- Launch Vehicle Compatibility Review
Something for the smoke and fire friends:
- Boeing does Abort Engine Hot Fire Test Demo
- as Blue Origin a Pusher Escape Ground Firing
And something which should answer some other questions from other threads here:
- SpaceX does Crew Accommodation Concept Prototype and In-Situ Trial
(there we will have the answer how SpaceX deals with the window requirements.)
Greetings,
Daniel

Wow. 16 milestones. That's more than one a week,, although some are more exciting (fire) than others (review).

What kind of wastrels would dump a perfectly good booster in the ocean after just one use?
