There is a Soyuz-2.1v at the kosmodrome but it is for a 2019 launch of another payload.

Any idea which payload?  I see a TBD 2019 launch of Obzor-O #2 from Plesetsk.

Please let it be a follow-on to Cosmos 2519-2521-2523! :)  It will make life interesting again.

Baikonur. 29th of November. INTERFAX-AVN - The Russian-German space observatory "Spektr-RG" will be launched from Baikonur in April 2019, before this, the launches of Proton are not planned, a source at the cosmodrome told Interfax.
"The schedule does not provide for the launch of Proton in the first quarter of 2019. The first launch of the year is scheduled for April. The rocket will launch the largest space observatory Spektr-RG," the source said.  [/ QUOTE]

As of the first week of December 2018, the exact launch date for the Eutelsat/MEV payload was apparently yet to be determined, but a source familiar with the matter estimated that the mission could realistically lift off in May 2019. Due to May Day and Victory Day holidays in Russia on May 1 and May 9 respectively, the launch campaign would probably have to take a break during that period and plan the liftoff around the middle of the month.
