First post from my kindle fire, good device not the easiest to type on. SPACEX has had this test planned for sometime. After this test they will have disasembly followed by more testing of Dragon. Do not see what the big deal is about. Seems certain people are not happy with the delays. Orbital has been delayed even further.

Agreed.  Some seem to keep forgetting that this is COTS not CRS.  Anyway it's great to see the vehicles fully mated.  Seems like progress is actually being made.  Roll on April, May or perhaps later but no doubt some time this year.

Dragon spaceship and Falcon 9 rocket just completed final assembly at Cape Canaveral

So... this was the first final assembly?  How many final assemblies are expected for this launch?

According to the Feb 3 article by Stephen Clark in Spaceflight Now, SpaceX will run a wet dress rehearsal with the stack, then demate Dragon in order to fuel it and do final software load, etc, then remate and roll out for launch.

So that's one final assembly, and one REALLY final assembly, if all goes as planned.

I would think the "final" Elon used here just inidicates that the full stack has been integrated with the actual flight vehicles in flight configuration (as opposed to test articles for fit-up, etc).

Obviously you don't do a WDR with hypergolics loaded.

Any ideas from the "informed" when the WDR will be. I've heard several days to a couple of weeks. I would guess the sooner the better since Spacex wants to get back to Dragon testing.

Are we seeing venting or is it just the light playing on the launch tower?

When would you expect it to be fueled? Is this in any way possible?

The latter.

When the WDR is performed. Not today.
