Looks like NASA TV coverage has ended. I captured 61 screen shots. :-)
Atlantis has made her final trip on wheels to her final resting home.
RIP Atlantis. I hope I can go back to KSC for the grand opening.

Thanks for the coverage.
I had the privilege of driving into KSC a few weeks ago to cover the Atlantis media tour for the site... and I must say, seeing Atlantis going the opposite way on the very road I drove into KSC to see her... well, it's very powerful. But, the memories live on, and so will her legacy.
She's at home now, and soon millions will be able to see her as if she was on orbit. Can't wait to see her on display.

The fireworks have ended and people are now heading home. I have heard that the ISS will make a pass over KSCVC to end the events.

For me, it hit that point when they finished signing her over to the VC. after that it was just ceremony.
