Wonder why they are doing power up testing? What would they be power testing for?

The move is scheduled for Nov. 18: http://twitter.com/#!/NASAKennedy/status/124459273152503808
PAO says OV-104 and OV-105 swap has moved to NET January:
http://www.nasa.gov/rss/shuttle_main.xml"Endeavour’s swap with Atlantis between Kennedy’s Vehicle Assembly Building and the Orbiter Processing Facility-2 will move from this month to no earlier than January. The delay will allow for more efficient processing as technicians finish work on Atlantis that will require power."

BTW, I traded a couple emails with NASA PAO and they are planning another cabin visit for the media for Atlantis and Endeavour next year, date TBD.
