Cinderella Castle stands 189 feet tall; according to the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, the mock-stack stands 184 feet tall.

From a Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex press release:
The Visitor Complex will open at 9 a.m. and grand opening events will take place throughout the day.
Space Shuttle Atlantis grand opening festivities are included in regular Visitor Complex admission.The opening ceremonies, per NASA TV's schedule, begin at 9:30 a.m.

Since Atlantis is "in orbit" shouldn't the star tracker doors be open?
I am pretty sure they removed the Star Tracker so Id think thats why they chose to leave it closed.

I'm surprised they didn't do a mock up. You'd think it would be a lot easier to mock up than SSMEs or the HST.

It looks like the both ends of the SRBs are complete. We can also see the front of the ET now.
