I think that has a lot to do with the mics. You can't really hear the audience.

Q: When will astronauts lift off from KSC again?
A: Lots of work to do on commercial crew. Were in the middle of CCDEV. May have a commercial flight with humans in the 2016 / 17 time frame.
Q: SpaceX status?
A: We want to combine 2/3 but we haven’t given approval yet. Need to do some more work. Want to do Monty Carlo runs on there software systems. Capsules and software are being designed to combine COTS 2/3. May know in August / Sept. Need more data runs.
Thanks so much for these Aaron. You really helped fill in the gap on presser coverage for people here.
As for the notes above, the clock is now running. I figured it started just after undocking. Time for CRS & Commercial Crew to get a move-on.

They are all doing very well. Can't believe they've just come back from 17,500mph.
Commander Ferguson really wants a HLV, something to look forward too.
Doug: Atlantis performed brilliantly (and could fly again in response to the question). Notes one of the GPCs got a bit cranky

Lots of fun stories about the GPCs.
Robert's there....asking about things left onboard. (There's a plaque).

I really think this was a great crew to end this program out. They were really great.

Pictures don't capture the majesty of ISS - Commander Fergie.

These people woke up in space this morning, and, according to Doug, will be heading out for a meal later tonight.
You won't see that for a long, long time.

Crew should be heading out to see Atlantis in a little bit and make a few remarks there, now that the news conference is over; looked like there might be a quick photo shoot in the briefing room first.

And Mark Ratterman's there.
On crew work to come.
Doug notes debrief and appearances. A couple of months of sticking together to go yet - but happy about that.

Concur!
Meanwhile Atlantis is still being a diva "This is my good side, take photos".

Looks like there are some folks on her other side there, too. Guessing they're recording over there, as well.

some lucky visitors on the buses today
Considered being one of those. I would rather remember Atlantis gliding in for landing though rather than inactive and stopped.
Besides, have to get some work done. How many of us are saying that today?
