PAO Rob Navias has now assumed Public Affairs duties. Notes that it has been an emotional night, full of history. This likely to be the final shift in the MCC.

Capcom for this shift is Barry Wilmore.

Weather briefing in about 45 minutes. Weather conditions for landing continue to be ideal.

The history of the moment is not lost on the MCC team, but they are focused on their tasks and ready to support the landing.

Rick Sturkow will fly weather reconnaissance via the T-38 and then the STA.

Payload bay door closing scheduled for 1:09am CDT.
