This is a really good piece. The first part that I like is the astronauts' descriptions of liftoff around six minutes in.

Yes, a really great piece! Also today, I'm sure others have noted this, but the last flight day of the Atlantis and the Shuttle program, and the 42nd anniversary of the 1969 moon landing are both today. A sad day to see the end of the shuttle, what a great ship! But also a day to celebrate 50 years of great exploration of the new frontier. Thanks to Chris and everyone on this site for all they do to celebrate something we're all lucky to be able to participate in in some small way, and to everyone who made shuttle and what came before it happen. My dad worked on Apollo, and I've been lucky enough to meet some of the folks who've made Shuttle happen. Hats off to you all and godpeed Atlantis and crew for one more landing!
