Rob said they're monitoring the temperatures, they don't want them to get too cold. "So far so good." If they do get too cold they'd stop the rotation and begin the fly-around.

That's my guess. Current phase should be waning gibbous, 84% illumination, which looks about right. I have no other bearings to work from in those shots...
