• Will they be putting a cover on the PMA that the Shuttle docks to since I've heard they have no intention of using it again after the Shuttle leaves.

  Nope, and the current plan is to use the PMA-2/3 with an adapter for NDS for commercial crew flights.

  No - the only reason it is being put on PMA-3 is to protect it from high beta angles (currently the Port radiator has to rotate in order to shadow PMA-3 in high beta periods).
