So do I understand correctly that this ORMATE-III panel was already stashed in the MISSE 8 PEC deployed at ELC2 on STS-134, and they were just removing it and setting it up next door on the second MISSE setup point..?
No, the ORMatE was launched on STS-135 (internal cargo).
And, although attached to the MISSE platform, it doesn't resemble a MISSE PEC at all.
I heard the ORMatE was launched on STS-134 (middeck). STS-135 Mission Overview Briefing information.
But the AMS-2 MLI off gas was concerned, install was defered to STS-135.

Right, so it did go up with MISSE 8 but on the middeck, and was stashed aboard ISS till just now. That makes more sense to me - thanks

ground says two inches of Velcro will be fine, continuing to check each strap
WVS has been recorded onboard, ground thought it looked fine before, glove inspection and Ron will take back the cover bag
I think with that I will sign off today, last US EVA for a while
