MCC says go for FLTR to PROP.
This stores the current state vectors that have currently been updated by the Star Tracker into an area that is only updated by state vector propagation (gravity equations and such).
This provides a known good state vector that can be used later if for example bad data from the star trackers or rendezvous radar should pollute it.
