Some information about Gokturk-2:
Mass : >200 kg
In a recent
leaflet from the manufacturer (in Turkish), the Göktürk-2 launch mass (
uydu kütlesi) is indicated as "< 409 kg " which could mean "close to 409 kg"

From
http://europeanastrotech.com/Gokturk2/GÖKTÜRK-2 Test and Fuelling Services
European Astrotech has been selected by Rafael to provide the test and fuelling services for the GÖKTÜRK-2 spacecraft to be launched from Jiuquan Satellite Launch Centre (JSLC) in China this year. European Astrotech will travel to JSLC along with a comprehensive set of test and fuelling ground support equipment (FGSE), including SCAPE protective suits and secure communications in November 2012 to perform final checkout of the propulsion subsystem and to load GÖKTÜRK-2 with hydrazine propellant. EAL representatives travelled to JSLC earlier this year to perform the launch site survey and have reported that the launch centre is in excellent shape to receive the spacecraft and FGSE.

One of today's Turkish newspaper mentions a launch date of "December 19 or 20"
http://www.zaman.com.tr/ekonomi/gokturk-2-once-cine-sonra-uzaya/2012267.html
This media source is not considered official Turkish media source. I have not seen the 19th mentioned in official Turkish media.
Zaman has the largest circulation in Turkey.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Newspaper_circulation#Turkey
Yes, I know, I lived there for four and a half years. However, even though it is one of the largest in circulation, it is no longer listed by the government as official turkish media because of a controversial article about the supporting of the Kurdish movement for independence. Even though the journalist who was involved in the incident was relieved of his position and put through the court system, Turkey revoked its status as official media. So if you find an official source, I will accept that as valid.

I suppose that at this time launch preparations on the launch pad have already started for this mission. Any idea if this is correct?

There is still no change and slip to the right for this mission. News media now mentioning just 18 December through 20 December 2012 as launch dates. 16 December is no longer mentioned as possible.

So apparently there's a chance of some sort of a webcast. Everyone keep an eye out for that. We'll keep the thread in the Chinese section regardless.

Do you mean the "microblogging" opportunity? or live broadcast from JSLC?

During the launch, teams of the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey, TUBITAK, working at the ground stations in Chinese Space Base, Turkish capital Ankara and Norway will provide live broadcast.
The launch of the first Turkish high resolution observation satellite will be watched live at a ceremony which will be held at TÜBİTAK building in Ankara with the participation of Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

First elset for object 39030 yields strange orbit 96.57° 145x690 km. Either deorbited stage or transfer orbit, which is not what we may wait from CZ-2D.

Now two objects, 39030 and 39031. IDs have already been swapped
so we now have
39030 in 669 x 689 x 98.2
39031 in 144 x 682 x 96.6
so 39030 is the payload in the right orbit, and 39031 is the post-depletion
second stage
