Second Cold Flow test on Nexø1 (in 2016)
I give up. You beat me to it on posting again.
russianhalo117
Sorry, it's not like I'm sitting here in front of my PC waiting for videos to post so I can be first. I was out at dinner and when I returned there it was on my email. I'm sure you'll do a post before me at some time. It's probably the time zone difference and when Copenhagen post videos on YouTube. Regards, Tony D.

Took off OK, but looks like it had a propulsion failure before burn out. It landed in the ocean and was recovered.

I'm planning on targeting my trip to see extended family in the Greater Scandinavia Region around the next series of tests. It would be my third visit to CopSub.

They will test their engine next weekend:

Saturday, February 4 at 1 PM - 8 PM UTC+01
It looks like some crazy Finns, me included, are traveling there to see and hear it. Wish us luck...
From CopSub's Facebook:
"This is the biggest crowd in history.
Period."
Are you there?

Yes! Successful tests today. I will put an arrow to that picture when I get to the hotel.
Also: bigger rocket engines are loud.

OK, I was too tired at the hotel and also lots of stuff to do on Sunday as well, so I will skip the image editing.
They did 4 burns, with some troubles with the igniter before the first burn and some high pressure system troubles in the last two burns, but troubleshooting didn't take too long. Objectives were to test the pressurization system and to characterize the engine parameters, and to compare them to their previous (supposedly identical) unit. All in all, quite interesting day. Very chilly (~2 - 3 C) and very, very foggy, and with a slight breeze. Typical summer day in Finland. A visitor from Germany was getting really cold and left after the 2nd or 3rd burn

We international visitors also got to see the burns in limited groups from a photo bunker or a downrange location. One of us got permission to set up his own camera... which was very (un)lucky as it caught the flying igniter! No damage, as the lens was covered by a $5 chinese filter....
Strangely the sound was quieter in those locations compared to the visitor area - maybe the freight container amplifies the sound in strange way to different direction.
Here's some plots posted on their FB page:
